To start a payment plan, a 1/2 down nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit is required and the remainder is to be paid off within 30 days. We utilize styrofoam insulated boxes, heat packs, cool packs and high quality packing equipment to ensure the safety of the animals while in transit. We ship all months of the year as long as temps are above 20*F and under 90*F. We will not ship until we confirm the order with you via email and confirm that you will have someone home to receive your new pet. FedEx has been experiencing heavy volume delays, so for the foreseeable future, we are requiring live animal purchases to be picked up at the nearest hub (unless expressly noted via email). We have been having all live animal shipments held at the nearest FedEx hub to the destination to ensure the safe delivery of the animal. Our typical shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday! We ship Fed Ex Priority overnight to your door.
